Cruise ship passenger Frank Vincent Woods, 67, from Port Orange, Florida was sailing aboard Carnival Cruise Lines' Carnival Fascination in the Bahamas on February 4, 2010, when he passed away.

Mr. Woods was brought to the ship's medical center complaining of chest pains. He was monitored, and shortly after suffered cardiac arrest.

Ship's medical staff attempted to resuscitate the passenger but were unable. Mr. Woods was pronounced dead at 0205 hours.

Frank owned Goodtimes Entertainment and he was a member of the Eagles, Elks, American Vets and The American Legion.

Cause of death was ruled natural.
