Spouse woke up and saw her husband was not in bed and found him in the restroom. Spouse only knew that he fell hitting his head and was unaware of how he fell. After the fall, he reportedly was feeling fine. However, by next morning he was complaining of a headache which prompted his wife to call the onboard 911. The ship’s Medical Officer examined passenger and determined he should be medivac due to his age and clinical condition. Air Station Miami responded and transported passenger to Ryder Trauma Center, upon arrival the passenger slipped into coma and consequently died from Subdural Hematoma. The passenger was not taking medications and only drank occasionally. There was no evidence of alcohol or drugs to be the contributing cause of passenger falling.
