Cruise ship passenger Frank Charles Rodski Sr., 64, from Eldersburg, Maryland was sailing aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ Oasis Of The Seas with his wife Sandra Lee when he passed away at 0601 hours on December 11, 2009 while the Oasis Of The Seas was in the Atlantic.

Frank was retired from the Social Security Administration where he had worked as a Systems Analyst for 34 years. Frank was a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

He was a Ham radio operator known by his call sign, K3MTT and was a founding member of the Carroll County Amateur Radio Club.

Cause of death was listed as was acute myocardial infarction and was deemed a death by natural causes according to the “Certificate of Death”.
