Cruise ship passenger Trudy Lynn (Douglass) Rave, 59, from Vancouver, Washington was sailing aboard Carnival Cruise Lines’ Carnival Liberty on November 8, 2010 in cabin #6285 along with husband Paul, when she passed away.

The medical staff received a call via internal 911 system that Ms. Rave, a passenger in cabin 6285 was not breathing.

The ship’s Physician and nurse responded and found the passenger in bed, unresponsive and cold to the touch. CPR was immediately started but to no avail.

The ship’s doctor pronounced Ms. Rave dead.

Records show that Trudy Rave had a three vessel bypass in May 2009, scheduled for stent but it was deemed risky due to diabetes.

She had been the owner of Noble Acres Christmas Tree farm in Onalaska, Washington along with her husband Paul.
