Phyllis McCutchen-Baker, 73, from Paducah, Kentucky , was cruising aboard Princess Cruises’ Grand Princess on Saturday, July 6, 2013 when she passed away while on an Alaskan cruise near Vancouver Island, British Columbia.

Phyllis McCutchen-Baker owned and operated Shady Acres Mobile Home Park for fifty-one years, and was owner/operator of Shooters Supply for twenty-five years until her retirement.

She served as a hunter education teacher for the Kentucky Department Fish & Wildlife. She was an instructor for Department of Justice with the CCDW (concealed carry deadly weapon) program and was an officer and instructor for Jackson Purchase Rifle and Pistol Club. She was a lifetime member of National Rifle Association.
