Judith Lee Gordon, 69, died suddenly and unexpectedly while on a vacation cruise on Sunday, May 4, 2014 aboard the Regent Seven Seas cruise ship Seven Seas Navigator, while the cruise ship was near San Diego, California.
She was born on September 27, 1944 in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Since 1980, Judy has lived in Helotes where she also worked as a Veterinary Technician at the Helotes Animal Hospital.
Her parents were retired CPO Avery C. Coker and Alice Kent Coker; their career Navy experienced saw Judith Lee Gordon growing up at stations around the world from London to Guam and concluding in Silver Spring, Maryland in 1959. There she met and later married Donald Joseph Gordon, her High School sweetheart in 1963.
Donald Joseph Gordon, was married to Judith Lee Gordon for 54 years, was a local Emergency Physician and retired Regular Army Officer/Viet Nam Veteran.
She had two sons, Martin Douglas Gordon, who works for Bexar County IT, and Mathew Charles Gordon who practices Oral Surgery in San Antonio and Austin, Texas.
